Our Team

Xuan Wang, Founder

Xuan has a background of startup and business, combining her degrees in Psychology. She researched into the barriers and benefits of community composting and turns those insights, together with human centred design principles and behaviour change interventions into tangible community composting models to implement in diverse communities.

When she is not working in community composting, she cycle around town, sometimes with her 3 kids. She is fluent in Mandarin and English, currently learning Dutch. She plays piano and collage from old magazines to chill her mind.
